Balance Capital is being built as an expandable investment and operating platform. Its purpose is to give experienced people a place to contribute, invest, lead, and participate in opportunities where their expertise matters.
Each initiative is assembled around the people best suited to execute it: operating partners who understand the work, capital partners aligned with the outcome, advisors with specific expertise, and project leaders responsible for day-to-day performance.

MICHAEL WIELAND · FOUNDER
Michael is the founder of Balance Capital and an operator and developer with experience across industrial operations and real estate. His approach is practical: understand the work, align incentives, and stay accountable for execution.
He currently focuses on Eureka Valley Ranch, partnership formation, and building the structure that allows experienced teams to lead and grow together.
