CURRENT PROJECT FOCUS
Eureka Valley Ranch is a proposed 315-acre master-planned community in Central City, Colorado. The current plan contemplates 3,100 residential units across four phases from 2026 through 2037, including more than 500 senior-living units and 350 Phase 1 rental homes.
The project is planned as a complete community with a mixed-use Village Core, varied housing types, public spaces, and supporting services delivered in phases.
